Application
For the perfect effect use the Bellapierre eyeshadow brush. Before applying the pigments, prepare your eyelids with a mineral powder. For a matte finish and lighter blend, apply a small amount of Makeup Base to the lids. To apply mineral pigments, use a light pressure technique to fix the pigment before spreading.
