Application
Use the Bellapierre eyeshadow brush to apply for the perfect effect. Before applying the pigments, prepare the eyelids with a mineral powder. For a matte finish and lighter shade, apply a small amount of Makeup Base to the lids. To apply the mineral pigments, use a light dabbing technique on the eyelids to ensure that the pigment is fixed.
